Obie Philbrook has 27 years of experience in the fitness field, a former state champion bodybuilder and local business owner.

Obie has worked as a personal fitness trainer at the Ocean Reef Club in Florida, created fitness programs for clients in New Orleans, and has owned and operated fitness facilities in Southern Maine.

Obie helps people by creatively implementing exercise programs and healthy eating guidance for successful weight loss and helps maximize strength gains.

Obie is also a psychotherapist with a passion for helping people.

Lorie Stokes has been in the Health/Fitness Industry for 29 years and counting. Her career in the Health and Fitness Industry has taken her in various directions for the purpose of attaining more knowledge, from Fitness Director at a large scale Health Club, to specialty work as a Physical Therapy Assistant developing & implementing “step down” programs to transition patients back to full recovery.

She has received specialized training in developing and implementing post-rehabilitation programs, functional training programs, as well as balance and core strength programs.

She loves working with people of all ages, and the challenge of working with Special Populations & Older Populations as their needs can vary.

She loves the challenge of developing functional workouts that yield maximum results.

Lorie continues to enjoy educating herself and others in this ever changing Health, Fitness and Wellness Industry!
